Commission runs for 12 months from a practice's first payment. Subscription commission pays out after that practice's first 30 day subscription, and recovery commission pays out once the recovered funds have been distributed. Recovery fees are the percentage Riiva charges on dollars it recovers, so you earn on the upside too.

Apply and get your code
Tell us who your audience is and how you plan to talk about Riiva. Approval is usually same day, and you get a referral code and link immediately.

Set up payouts once
Stripe collects your tax form and bank details directly, on its own secure onboarding. It takes about three minutes and we never see or store your tax ID or account number.

Share your link
Anyone who lands on Riiva through your link is attributed to you for 90 days, whether they sign up that day or six weeks later.

Get paid every month
Commission accrues the moment a practice pays. Subscription commission is paid out after that practice's first 30 day subscription, and recovery commission is paid out once the recovered funds have been distributed. It lands in your bank on the next monthly cycle, and you can see every dollar in your dashboard.

Your tax form goes to Stripe, not to us
W-9 for US ambassadors, W-8BEN outside the US, collected inside Stripe's own onboarding. We store your Stripe account id and nothing else.
Paid monthly to your bank
Subscription commission is payable after a practice's first 30 day subscription; recovery commission is payable once the recovered funds have been distributed. Payable balances go out on the monthly cycle, and anything under $50 rolls to the next month rather than paying a fee to move small change.
Refunds reverse cleanly
If a practice refunds or charges back, the matching commission is reversed as a visible line on your statement. Nothing is silently rewritten.

Your dashboard shows each accrual, what it was calculated from, its rate, and its status.
The rules
Short version.
- Commission is paid on Riiva software subscriptions and recovery fees. It is never paid for referring patients and is never tied to any practice's clinical decisions.
- No bidding on Riiva brand terms in paid search, no coupon or deal sites, and no unsolicited bulk email.
- Say what is true. Do not promise a specific dollar recovery, guarantee an outcome, or imply Riiva is an insurance company or a clinical service.
- Self-referrals do not earn. If you own the practice, talk to us about a direct arrangement instead.
- Disclose the relationship where the rules require it. If you are paid to promote something, say so.
